These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GlowUp AI at glowupai.vip (“the Service”), operated by GlowUp AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service lets you upload a photo and receive AI-generated hairstyle, makeup, and outfit recommendations together with preview images.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country or region) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You need an account to generate results. You can register with an email address or using “Sign in with Google”. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Let us know immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your Photos and Instructions

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the text you enter. You grant us a limited right to use, store, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and produce your results, including sending it to the third-party image-processing providers described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that:

  • you own the photo or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it;
  • the photo depicts you, or you have the explicit consent of every identifiable person in it;
  • uploading and processing the photo does not violate anyone else’s rights or any law.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • upload content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, or that exploits or endangers children;
  • upload photos of another person without their consent, or create images intended to impersonate, harass, defame, deceive, or mislead anyone;
  • attempt to bypass content screening, security measures, usage limits, or payment;
  • resell, share, or transfer your account or credits;
  • scrape, copy, automate, reverse engineer, or overload the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use the Service to produce content for illegal, fraudulent, or discriminatory purposes.

Requests are screened automatically, and we may refuse or stop processing any request that appears to violate these rules. Requests rejected before processing do not consume credits.

5. Generated Images

The hairstyle, makeup, and outfit previews are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for your personal, lawful use, such as trying new looks and using the results on your own profiles.

  • Generated images may differ from real-world results, and similar outputs may be produced for other users.
  • You may not present a generated image as an unaltered photograph of a real event, use it to impersonate or mislead others, or use it in any unlawful or discriminatory way.
  • Your uploaded photos and generated images are automatically deleted 30 days after the request is processed, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please download anything you want to keep within that period.

6. Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

  • The Service uses credits, which are deducted when a generation is processed. The number of credits required for each option is shown on the site at the time of use.
  • Credits can be bought as one-time packs or, where offered, through a monthly subscription. Prices and credit amounts are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through the subscription management option in your account or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not create a refund for an already started billing period except where required by law.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, and its terms also apply to your transaction. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit pricing and packages may change; such changes do not affect credits already purchased.
  • Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If a generation fails because of an error on our side, contact us and we will review the request.

7. Referral Program

We may offer invite codes that reward you when new users sign up through your link. Invite codes are personal, non-commercial, and have no cash value. We may modify or end the referral program at any time. Misuse, such as fake accounts or spam, forfeits rewards and may lead to account closure.

8. Not Professional Advice

The Service provides image previews and general styling suggestions for inspiration and reference only. Results do not constitute medical, dermatological, hair-loss treatment, or other professional beauty or health advice, and we make no claim that a suggested look is safe or suitable for you. For any skin, hair, scalp, or body concern, consult a qualified professional.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google for sign-in, image-processing providers for generation, and a payment processor for purchases. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties’ own terms and policies, which we do not control.

10. Our Intellectual Property

The website, its design, software, branding, and non-user content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our name, logos, or branding.

11. Account Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. What happens to your data after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features and credit options. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or non-infringement. Generated images are AI interpretations, and we do not warrant that they will match your expectations or be suitable for any specific use.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost images, or emotional distress) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date, and significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
